I can't get in to Zoom - when you click the join link, one of our hosts has to manually "admit" you to the meeting - if we're busy this could take a few minutes, hang in there! If arrive early you'll have to wait until 8pm.
I've been waiting ages, it's after 8pm and I still can't get in to Zoom - We only have room for 100, sadly - it's possible we're full. Or the crew all got distracted. Ask on the Twitch chat
No-one can hear me on Zoom - check if you are muted (click the microphone, bottom left on a PC)
I can't hear the music on Twitch - check Twitch is not muted (click speaker icon bottom left on a PC)
I can't hear the music on Zoom - you need Twitch, we are not sending music to Zoom
I can't join the breakout rooms - check your Zoom version: click menu "zoom.us > About Zoom"; you need 5.3 or higher Update instructions
